SMOOTHIELICIOUS.........

THE TONGUE THAT HEALS IS A TREE OF LIFE,BUT A DEVIOUS TONGUE BREAKS THE SPIRIT.PROVERBS 15:4.

Smoothies are the "in" drink.Whether you drink them for sheer pleasure of indulging in a refreshing taste sensation or enjoy them as meals in a glass,smoothies have become the ultimate way to quickly satisfy a craving for something delicious and filling.
Depending on their ingredients,smoothies are chock- full of vitamins from fruit and vegetables.And with the addition of one or more health-enhancing supplements,such as herbs or extracts,a smoothie can quickly become an even more healthful beverage.

A smoothie made with five different fruits doesn't get much better.This is called HIGH FIVE.
        1cup diced mango
         1 cup diced pawpaw
         1 medium banana
          1/2cup diced pineapple
          1medium red apple
           Ice(optional)
NOTE---- Use ice oolong tea as base for more fat binning effect.
Put all in a blender pouring the oolong tea first before adding other fruits,blend until smooth.Pour in a glass   ENJOY.
This is  very ideal for breakfast.
