 GRAPES-----Grapes are rich in poly phenols,which protect our hearts, improve circulation and lower cholesterol and have anti fungal properties.Grapes helps with cancer prevention and a healthy cardiovascular system.It has antiviral and anti fungal action.Red grapes have a high content of RESVERATROL  which is a high anti- oxidant,which helps prevent cancer,heart disease and Alzheimer's disease.Resveratrol is the major ingredient in red wine that gives it the health benefit.

Red grape smoothie---- 1 cup seedless grapes
                                       1 cup natural probiotic yogurt
                                        1 table spoon juice of lemon
                                        Put all in a blender,blend for 1 min, add ice( optional)Enjoy.
