LIVING RIGHT PROTOCOL-----Increase the amount of fruit and vegetable in your diet,especially in their raw,fresh,whole,juiced,and blended forms.
 2.Exercise regularly at a moderate to high level of intensity up to 60 minutes a day,on most days of the week.
3.Gradually switch out processed and refined foods,junk foods,bad fats, and added sugars from your diet and switch to good fats from sources like fish,and good carbohydrates from whole grains.
