PAWPAW --------The tropical pawpaw is extremely high in carotenes,which are linked with cancer prevention and healthy lungs and eyes.Pawpaw is rich in beta- carotene,which help prevent prostate cancer,a good source of carotenes lutein and zeaxanthin,which can help protect eyes from muscular degeneration.Rich in beta- cryptoxanthin,which help maintain healthy lungs and may prevent arthritis.Excellent source of vitamin  C and fiber.High soluble fiber content helps control blood sugar levels by slowing sugar absorption.

PAWPAW SMOOTHIE------1 cup diced ripe pawpaw ,juice of 1 lemon,1 medium banana,half teaspoon ground ginger,a cup of cold oolong tea,all in a blender and process until thoroughly combined.pour in a glass,Enjoy.( you can add ice).
