RULE5---Increase protein intake.often our bodies will exhibit cravings for sweets when what they really need is more protein.
RULE6----Go through your refrigerator and food pantry.Get rid of cakes,ice cream ,cookies etc.When you go to food shopping,make a conscious effort not to buy the junk because you must eat what you buy.
NOTE:if you are above 30, for health sake it is time to take your eating habit serious because metabolism is slowing down,you might not be losing weight as fast as you use to,it is time to cut off 300 calories from your daily intake.
