WHAT BODY TYPE ARE YOU?
FOR WE KNOW THAT IF OUR EARTHLY HOUSE,A TENT, IS DESTROYED,WE HAVE A BUILDING FROM GOD,MADE NOT WITH HANDS,ETERNAL IN THE HEAVENS.(2CORINTHIANS 5:1).
To create the right conditions to lose weight,forever,you need to get to know your body type.Understanding which of the three body types you are gives you a realistic body shape to aim for and means you can choose the right weight loss strategies;The ones that are most likely to work for you and your body type.
If you look around, you will start to see that there are different types of body.Most medical systems,both ancient and modern,use body typing as a way to help to classify individual predispositions to weight gain,certain illness and even personality traits. To help identify my clients' body types,i draw up on the body typing systems of AYURVEDA,the 'science of life' from India,as well as the western medical ectomorph(naturally slender)mesomorph(medium build,athletic)and endomorph(larger-build,curvy or heavier)classifications.
NOTE that any of the body type can gain weight,but each gain and lose weight in slightly different ways.
ECTOMORPH.........Slim.and often have long legs and arms.Likely to have visible veins on arms and hands-you can see veins almost every where!This shape is prone to wind,constipation,and dry skin and hair.In mental and emotional terms,this body type is generally creative and changeable.Any weight gain experience is likely to be around the middle(stomach),but they tend to be able to lose it quickly and easily.However,routine and structure is needed to support a healthy life style.
