HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU WEIGH?

WHAT SHOULD YOU WEIGHT?........Your body type should determine what is the healthy weight range for you,the best policy is also to note down changes-hopefully reductions-in your trouser or dress measurements and enjoy the increased energy that results from your DIVINE  EATING PLAN.

For women,a waist measurement of 32-34 is high and over 35 is very high,for men,a waist measurement of 37-40 inches is high and above 40 inches is very high.A LARGE WAIST MEASUREMENT INDICATES THE PRESENCE OF UNHEALTHY INTERNAL FAT!

HOWEVER,many of you will want to go a step further and calculate your body mass index or BMI.This is a measure of how much fat you are carrying using a calculator that takes into account your weight and height.Bear in mind that any variation within  the 'healthy' range category is fine.
