EAT AND EXERCISE........Do i have to exercise for the rest of my life?Yes, you do.There is no way around the fact that permanent weight loss,graceful aging,toned body,cellulite free skin and more comes from a balance of GOOD NUTRITION AND EXERCISE.

God made man to be physically active.When God created man,as recorded in Genesis two,He put him in a garden and said,"Get to work.Tend the garden."If you've ever done extensive gardening,you know that it exercises every muscle in your body.I'm sure there were vines to be cut back,crops to be harvested and perhaps even seeds to be planted.Today,we' ve gone from  been physically active to been physically inactive.And it hasn't done our body and the society any good.The sedentary lifestyle most people follow has contributed to the problem of obesity in this country. There is nothing wrong with doing sedentary work as long you realize you have to compensate for the lack of exercise in your line of work by being intentional about exercise.
