GOOD CARBS,BAD CARBS...............

FOR IT WAS YOU WHO CREATED MY INWARD PARTS;YOU KNIT ME TOGETHER IN MY MOTHERS WOMB.I WILL PRAISE YOU,BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN REMARKABLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE.(PSALM 139 13-14).


Carbohydrates have gotten a bad rap!Too bad because,along with protien and fat,carbs are a macro nutrient essential to the body.Your brain loves crabs.Just try going without and see if you can operate your cell phone.So what is the problem?

We are going on processed carbohydrates.The store shelves are full of them.Made from processed grains that lend very little nutritional value to our meals and send our blood sugar through the roof,these are the bad guys.Any excess carbohydrate are also stored as fat.

Good carbohydrates on the other hand,are full of extra nutritional gems like FIBER,VITAMINS AND MINERALS,meaning they do a lot more for your body than a bowl full of white rice ever will.They balance out your sugar and help your body use energy efficiently.So what are the good crabs?VEGETABLES,FRUIT,LEGUMES AND WHOLE GRAINS LIKE BROWN RICE.And what are the bad crabs?ANYTHING CONTAINING REFINED WHITE FLOURS AND SUGARS.STAY AWAY!
