IS BREAD A FOOD GROUP?

AND THE WORLD IS PASSING AWAY AND THE LUST OF IT;BUT HE WHO DOES THE WILL OF GOD ABIDES FOREVER(1JOHN2:17)


Is bread a food group?The answer is NO!But it seems one of the hardest things for people to let go of is their BREAD,BREAD,BREAD!The truth is bread does little for your body than give it a giant dose of sugar and often a big tummy ache.If we think back to days long past,bread was somewhat a healthy food.It was made with four simple ingredients-water,whole wheat flour,yeast and a little salt.Now we have turned bread into some sort of science experiment.From zillions of preservatives to a giant dose of bleaching,most bread offers little more than a spoonful of sugar.Make your own bread.It is not hard to do and  the aroma seeping from your oven will definitely attract attention.You can also purchase sprouted grain bread.

.As with any grain product,though,bread must be consumed in moderation.And for the ultimate weight control,KEEP IT OF YOUR DIET ALTOGETHER-ESPECIALLY THE WHITE STUFF!
