RULES FOR WEIGHTLOSS SUCCESS..........

DO NOT CAROUSE WITH DRUNKARDS AND GLUTTONS,FOR THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY TO POVERTY.PROVERBS23:20-21.

DRINK WATER.......Make a habit of drinking water regularly.No,not the alcoholic kind,but water.herbal teas,natural smoothie and juices.Have a glass of water first thing in the morning and have frequent drink breaks during your day.Aim for 6-8 glasses daily,more in hot weather or when you exercise.It is better to drink little and often than swigging large amounts in one go,which promotes urination and greater loss of fluid
WHAT TO DRINK......Not all of your daily fluid needs to be in the form of water.Count the following toward your daily fluid intake:
1.fresh fruit juice,ideally diluted 1 part of juice to 1 or 2 parts of water.
2.Herbal teas,eg oolong tea,peppermint tea,camomile,fennel and green tea.
