EAT SMART........

NO MEAT......FEWER CANCERS-Eating a vegetarian diet could lower your risk of cancer.From reaserch,vegetables and fish eaters had significantly fewer cancers overall compared to meat eaters.
ADVICE....Adopt a healthy,balanced diet high in fiber,fruit and vegetables and low in saturated fat,salt,and red meat and processed meat(Cancer research UK)..
