A LITTLE CHEAT WON'T HURT.......to avoid feelings of guilt while eating healthy to lose weight,have a cheat day to eat "THE FORBIDDEN Fruit.If you mentally banish a particular food,you will instantly begin to crave it.-that is simply human nature.If you suddenly fancy something sweet,spend a few moments trying to analyze exactly what food is going to hit the target.You might decide the initial cake craving wasn't the best idea after all and what you really fancy is a sweet juicy apple.However,life is too short for you not to eat what you feel like every now and again.So if you want some chocolate,have a cheat day you eat it.For example,eat clean from Monday through Saturday and cheat on Sunday.Eat your cheat food,enjoy it and move on.
