SALT.....The excessive amount of salt in the modern diet contributes not only to high blood pressure in those pre disposed to hypertension,but also to taste inflation.If you frequently add salt to your food,ask why?Do you eat a lot of processed food and fast food,which typically has high levels of salt and includes preservatives,most of which are sodium based?Has that elevated your tolerance for salt?Or is the food you are cooking lacking in flavor and you are compensating with salt? Use salt sparingly,and look for sea salt,which features beneficial minerals,not regular table salt or iodized salt,which is high in aluminum.
