REWARDING.......It's good to reward yourself along the way. Positive reinforcement,whether it's from yourself or others,can be a strong motivator.When you pass a milestone on the way to your goal,give yourself a nonfood reward,such as a new pair of walking shoes.Share your progress with your family and friends;Their praise may be all the reward you need to keep moving toward your ultimate goal.
TRACK ABLE.........Keep track of what you eat,Your physical activity,and your weight on a chat or a daily journal.By checking this record,you can see what's working and what's not.The record can help you reassess and find another way to reach your goal.
