UNUSED FUEL.....IS.....FAT!

FOR THE LORD IS GOOD,AND HIS LOVE IS ETERNAL;HIS FAITHFULNESS ENDURES THROUGH ALL GENERATIONS(PSALM 100:5).


UNUSED FUEL IS STORED AS FAT........The amount of fuel used to run the body varies from person to person as does the resting rate.The basal metabolic rate(BMR) is the amount of energy required by the resting body to stay alive.It is not a fixed number.The rate at which people are becoming overweight suggest there is a lot of unused fuel being carried around.

INCONSISTENT EATING.......One fact remains true,inconsistent eating habits cause wild swings in blood sugar and consequently insulin levels.These problems are partly to blame for this new epidemic of overweight-related disease.Most of us consume only two meals per day;breakfast being the meal often avoided.Other times meals are eaten with so many hours in between that blood sugar level dance out of control.When we eat inconsistently,the body does not know what fuel to expert and when.Our BMI becomes sluggish as a result.

SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE.....is also to blame for reduced metabolic rate.An active lifestyle will increase it.This all suggest that it is possible to manipulate the BMR.This is good news!If you know you could accelerate your metabolic rate in order to chase away unwanted fat,wouldn't you do it?People have forgotten the simple art of eating and exercising regularly.But it is completely within your capacity to alter your BMR-either lessening or increasing it.
