DIVINE DIET............

FOR THE LORD IS GOOD,AND HIS LOVE IS ETERNAL;HIS FAITHFULNESS ENDURES THROUGH ALL GENERATIONS.(JOHN3:16).


The Greens and Berries diet........The Grains and Fruits diet.......In both diet plans,you choose proteins from lean meats,fish,whey protein,nuts,beans.Your choice of healthy fats will come from cold water fish,nuts,seeds,avocado's,olive oil and canola oils.Carbohydrate choices will be those that are least processed.The greens and berries diet focuses primary on green vegetables that are highest in fiber and berries(it is more of fruit and vegetable diet)meant for those that can,t process carbohydrate.

The grains and fruits diet include a wider variety of fruits and permits whole grains such as brown rice,whole grain pastas,and whole grain bread.

The diet mix that is best for you will depend on how well your body uses carbohydrates. successful fat lose is dictated by your body's ability to process carbohydrate correctly.

Where you store fat matters not just because of how you lose weight.Food and exercise have a big impact.Exercising too little and eating too much-even if the food is low fat or low carb will cause you to put on body fat.
