FLAT BELLY ARITHMETIC

 2 kinds of fiber e.g. Apples OR carrots OR brown rice

­­subtract -Sodium e.g. avoid salt

Subtract -Sugar & alcohol

Add +More water/fluids (oolong tea or green tea or chosen fruity brunch)

Subtract - Sweets, soft drinks & pastries (bread, meat pie, donut)

Add +Probiotic yogurt

Add +Vegetables (not swimming in oil e.g Carrots, cucumber, lettuce, pumpkin leaves, spinach

Equals = Flat Tummy

FOLLOW THIS PLAN

Upon rising – A glass of warm water + juice of fresh lemon

OR

One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water

Pre breakfast – A cup of organic oolong tea or green tea

Breakfast – 1 bottle of Body perfect fat burner cocktail

Mid lunch between 11am – 2pm

2 apples or one avocado pear or one hand full of almonds
