CUCUMBER DIET









CUCUMBER DIET. (ONLY FOR 3 DAYS)
For Breakfast
  • A slice of wheat bread with jam
  • 1 bowl of cucumber salad
  • 1 hot cup of  oolong tea
 Lunch
5 egg whites and a cup of carrot juice
Snacks – Fruit Juices like apple or banana or 30 almonds
 Dinner
Only Green salad.
