FOODS TO DITCH TO HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT.....

Cut out red wine.........Although a small amount of red wine(about half a glass) is associated with some health benefits,most people drink more.Over 12 months if you cut out 120ml(one small glass a day)you would reduce your calorie intake by about 34,310  calories a year.
